How quickly will my order arrive?
The time it takes to receive your order is a combination
of two elements: Processing Time and the Shipping
Time. Processing Time is the time it takes us to select
and pack your order for shipment — generally 2 to 3
days. Shipping Time is the time it takes the shipping
company to take your order from our warehouse to your
door. This time depends on where you live and which
shipping method you choose. For guidance, please refer
to the chart below.
Please note that processing and shipping times
indicated below are Business Days and do not include
weekends or holidays.
Zebra Crossings does not ship to areas outside the
continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost for your order depends on three
elements: the dollar value of your order, the shipping
method you choose, and your shipping address. For
guidance please refer to the chart below. And now you
can receive Free Shipping on orders of $50 or more.

If you purchase $50 or more in merchandise and ship to
a single U.S. address, then you can receive Free
Shipping on your order. Just select “Free Shipping Over
$50 – Standard Shipping” as your shipping option.
Can I ship my order to a PO Box?
If you request “Standard Shipping”, we can ship your
order to a PO Box. However, if you request “Expedited
Shipping,” you will need to provide us with a street
address to ensure proper delivery.
Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?
Sorry, but at this time we cannot ship to multiple
addresses from the same order. If you wish to ship
books to more than one recipient, please submit a
separate order for each shipping address.

has shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation
via email that contains tracking information.
