Zebra Crossings Exchange Policy
Zebra Crossings will not accept any exchange
inquiries that do not apply to the conditions
explained below.
Please note: Incomplete inquiries will not be
processed.
You may exchange merchandise 30 days from
the purchase date. Merchandise should come in
its original condition and packaging, with all
included accessories and tags attached. Inside
every Zebra Crossings order you will find an
invoice/packing slip, which is your printed receipt.
Keep this information in case you need to make
an exchange.
Send item(s) along with your Name, Last name,
Order number, Reason for the exchange and
item(s) you wish to receive instead to:

If you do not have an original invoice/packing slip:
You may exchange your damaged merchandise
without a invoice/packing slip. On a sheet of
paper, please include the following information:
1.The name and address under which the order
was placed
2.What item(s) you are returning
3.The item(s) price(s)
4.Reason for returning
5.Send your return with that paper to the following

Make sure you ship the merchandise with a
trackable service option to ensure that we receive
your shipment. We are not responsible for not
received or lost packages in transit.
Have you received my return?
Please allow 1-2 weeks, from the time you mailed
us your package, for us to receive and process
your return/exchanges. To check your order
status, we need your order number and your
billing zip code. Include as much information
about your order as possible, starting with your
first and last name and the order number. Please
